Clippers forward Tim Thomas of Paterson and Spurs guard Manu Ginobili were injured during the first quarter of San Antonio’s 99-90 win Saturday night. Thomas fell to the floor and was helped off with 6:38 to play in the first. The team said he had a sprained left knee.
